拜耳是一家世界级创新型企业，旗下的爱乐维产品是孕妈妈都非常了解的营养品。本次此次上海CBME孕婴童展会，育儿网有幸采访到拜耳澳洲跨境业务总监Philip  Wohlsen 先生，以及拜耳澳洲跨境市场高级品牌经理Stefanie Mortlock 女士，和我们分享拜耳在品牌口碑及产品品质方面的看法。

育儿网：拜耳澳洲作为一家跨国企业，在医药保健方面很受中国妈妈的信赖，那么请问你们怎么看待妈妈口碑，这些口碑对品牌又有什么推进作用呢？

Bayer Australia is highly trusted by mothers in China as a healthcare pharmaceutical company in the cross-border field. What role does word-of-mouth (among mothers) play in your business? How does it impact the development of your brands?

Philip Wohlsen:Word of mouth is very important for our business as mothers readily share information and experiences that they have with their network. Our focus is on ensuring our brands and products are of the highest quality so our customers have the best experience possible.   We also listen to the needs of mothers and provide support via our marketing communications in Australia.

口碑对我们很重要，中国妈妈会在她们的社交圈里分享自己的带娃经验和知识。我们的重任是确保拜耳澳洲品牌和产品是品质最佳的，让我们的消费者尽可能的获得最棒的使用体验。同时，我们也倾听妈妈们的需求，通过在澳洲的营销传播为她们提供支持。   

育儿网：基于对消费者不同阶段健康需求的深刻理解，拜耳澳洲将科技创新应用于创造一系列支持消费者每个人生阶段的保健产品，那么在接下来的发展阶段，拜耳澳洲会着重在哪些方面加大创新力度，以满足消费者的需求？

Bayer’s company slogan is ‘Science for a better life’. I can see how the company use science to back up a series of consumer health products that fits the different life stages of your consumers. (Among consumer health products) Which product category will Bayer Australia be focusing on and why?

Philip Wohlsen:Bayer Australia will continue to focus on the mother and baby category in Cross Border by promoting and developing Elevit, Menevit, Elevit Breastfeeding and Bepanthen. We have a strong portfolio of products that extend into family care such as Berocca, Iberogast and Canesten that we will be looking to make available and build the awareness amongst the Chinese consumer.  

拜耳澳洲跨境部将持续致力于母婴系列产品，推广并开发爱乐维、爱乐维男士、爱乐维哺乳期维生素产品线和贝乐欣品牌。我们拥有强大的产品系列，渗入家庭护理的方方面面，比如Berocca（宝力加）、Iberogast和Canesten（凯妮汀）。我们正在寻求机会让中国消费者可以使用到这些产品，让这些品牌在中国拥有知名度。

育儿网：现在的妈妈在选择产品时，越来越重视产品的品质、安全等，那么拜耳澳洲在产品品质和安全上做出了什么努力，可不可以分享一下关于这方面的故事？

 When it comes to choosing the right products for herself and her babies, mothers nowadays regard product quality and safety very highly. What measures has Bayer Australia taken to ensure quality and safety of its products?

Stefanie Mortlock：All our products meet the strict Australian regulatory standards of the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Bayer globally also sees quality and safety as a high priority and internally we follow strict quality protocols on all of our products. Bayer believes our valued customers demand and deserve quality products that they can trust.

我们的所有产品都符合澳大利亚医疗用品管理局的严格监管标准。拜耳在全球范围内也将质量与安全视为重中之重。拜耳内部有一套严格的质量监管体系，我们所有的产品都需要通过这一监测。拜耳相信，我们的消费者需要高品质的产品，也值得获得他们可以信赖的优质产品。

育儿网：面对用户不断新增的种种需求，我们看到拜耳澳洲在这方面也增加了相关的应对措施。我有看到本次cbme，拜耳澳洲全新登陆中国的产品--宝怡乐防过敏婴儿配方奶粉，可以为我们简单介绍一下这些这款奶粉的创新点和优势吗？

I have noticed that Bayer Australia has expanded its product portfolio to consumers in China from your display at the CBME booth. Noticeably the Novalac Baby Formula for Cow’s Milk Allergy. What are the key benefits of this products? How does this product stand out in the market?   

Stefanie Mortlock：Novalac is the first and only 100% rice protein-based infant formula in Australia. It’s for babies that suffer from Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy and has a mild pleasant taste unlike some extensively hydrolysed  or amino acid-based formula. Novalac Allergy is nutritionally complete and Novalac is from the makers of Elevit.

宝怡乐是澳大利亚第一个，也是唯一一个采用100%大米蛋白的婴儿配方奶粉。它适用于对牛奶蛋白过敏的婴儿。与一些常见的深度水解奶粉或氨基酸配方奶粉不同，宝怡乐的口感很好。宝怡乐防过敏婴儿配方奶粉含有丰富营养。宝怡乐来自爱乐维品牌。
